We maintain a structured pipeline of candidates for security roles across Pembrokeshire and South Wales. Registering interest lets us consider you as suitable requirements arise.
Role categories
Door Supervisors
Licensed premises, hospitality and venue roles.
A valid SIA Door Supervisor licence is required.
Security Officers
Static guarding, site security and access control.
The appropriate valid SIA licence for the role is required.
CCTV Operators
Personnel supporting client-owned or client-operated systems.
A valid SIA Public Space Surveillance (CCTV) licence is required.
Event Security
Licensable security duties at events and venues.
The appropriate valid SIA licence for the duties is required.
Event Stewards
Crowd guidance, information and customer-facing event support.
An SIA licence is required only where the assigned duties are licensable.

Expression of interest
You register interest or apply for a role category.

Initial suitability review
We review your details against current and anticipated requirements.

Identity, right to work and licence verification
We confirm identity and right to work, and verify the appropriate SIA licence where the role requires one.

References and employment information
Where relevant to the role, we may ask for references or employment history.

Briefing and onboarding
Before any deployment, role and site briefing and onboarding are completed as applicable.
